"evening and very pleasant dinner at the carpe diem. we have been regaled from beginning to end (snails, poached eggs, wild boar, salmon trout and a tatin with pears of madness). Not only is the kitchen very good but their rates are more than reasonable for two with aperitif and a very good bottle.) a great thank you to the cook. A big thank you to the boss, so charming. We'll come back, that's for sure."

in the dungeon escapade we stopped for lunch in this restaurant. the menu offers local dishes that have been kindly explained to us. the dishes were excellent with a very good value of price. We strongly advise.

during a visit to the dijon we came to lunch with my friends, without any waiting. We got caught, both by reception and by food. a small product card made at home and with love. simple and very effective address that I highly recommend!

in the village, we can assure you that the carpe diem was truly a real blow of heart. Regional inspiration topissime, a very tempting wine map and to finish it is the best value for money! He's a very nice couple who's holding this beautiful address. You're not gonna be disappointed!

"first time in dijon; first time in this restaurant. It was one of the most pleasant meals we've had for a long time. unexpected flavours and textures at a very reasonable price., the dining room is small; warm welcome and service. It is essential to book a table. If you don't speak French well, ask someone to call you. You won't be disappointed. Don't let yourself be left by its neighbours who are fast foods and the "caffees" of the Middle East. It's only 10 minutes. walk to the city centre. we don't know too much Japanese cuisine and were not confident enough to prepare a selection of complementary dishes. We were delighted to see that menus are offered and we chose one of the three dishes at a modest price.24 €. fruit.) our main dishes were tender scalopes of pork (black pork of bigorre) also with notes of citrus. and garnished with sesame seeds. a different rice dish was served with each dish. My wife chose mixed sushi on the map. the service was generous and tasty. our desserts were pieces of caramelized orange - delicious. there are choices on the menu at 24 € - we were three to have preferred the same dishes. It doesn't matter whether it's a meeting between Japanese cuisine and French cuisine, it looks like a paradise wedding! the wine map is well chosen and at a reasonable price. -in no case a common combination in france. our white, the second cheapest in the list was so good that we had to have another bottle. It must be said that the owners don't speak English but that doesn't stop you. - simply specify the menu and prepare for adventure. That's what we have to do in German!"
