"a search for a catererer to organize my retirement pot of a hundred people, I fell by chance on the cass' of the century located in the zac of pitoys at anglet. I asked for a quote from the nice frédéric b, Head of this restaurant-contractor. He offered me a menu of pintxos, 6 salted, 2 sweets per person, a glimpse of gambas, mini burger-dried sheep, club sandwich melted with chorizo onions, tomato gaspacho, perfect with duck foie gras. I was seduced by his proposal for a half price to the budget I had set myself. I trusted this young business leader who showed me his talent, professionalism, investment, availability, punctuality and great friendliness. I relayed to him all the compliments I had received during my evening on the buffet he had been master of work. sincerely thank you, bravo, congratulations, you deserve to be trusted. Little catererer-restaurer will become great, I am convinced, I wish."
