Our experience was sublimated by the fact that our table was located under a volt of rock, creating an intimate and unique atmosphere. The overall atmosphere was both elegant and comfortable, creating a memorable experience. The service was impeccable from end to end, with attentive, friendly and professional staff. Whether the hotel master or the waiters, all have shown themselves in small care, contributing to a pleasant gastronomic experience. The icing on the cake was the arrival of Chef Youness in the room with whom we were able to communicate on his plan to redorate his nobility letters to Chapon Fin an institution on Bordeaux. We wanted him and his team a beautiful adventure that will undoubtedly be fantastic. In summary, this experience in this enchanting place has been validated in all respects. I strongly recommend this establishment for those looking for not only excellent cuisine, but also an exceptional atmosphere and a careful service."
