"While staying at the B&B Hotel next to Le Depot, we decided to have dinner at Le Depot. The restaurant has a nice and friendly atmosphere and we were happy to sit on their terrace for an al fresco dinner. While two in our group were happy with their ordered dish, the other two ordered roast chicken, which was too dry to eat. It looked like it that the roast chicken was waiting a little too long before a customer was keen to order this dish. When we reported this back to waitress, she did not respond, nor took any action, which kind of spoilt it for us. This should have been addressed and picked up upon. When nearly full plates are returned to kitchen, alarm bells should have gone off! We do not mind paying for a good meal, but this dinner left us a somewhat nasty aftertaste!"

On the holiday road we wanted to eat on the thumb but not a sandwich. By chance, you stop at the deposit the ideal stop for some excellent tapas. superb frame, very design. large interior room and large outdoor terrace. special mention for the bartender, too cute! correct rates control of sanitary pass but server without mask...Free outdoor parking

I am sorry but i don’t understand the positive ratings. Yes, the place is very nice but the selection of food, the quality of food and the value for money is disastrous. And when i ordered a second beer i got an old used glass. Without even any foam. Disgusting. When i claimed it he just put the old beer in a new glass. Sorry. That’s not the way it works. Most servants were friendly but no professionals. And the prices for this all are too high. Never again

has 5 minutes of the Ussac/Brives mercury that only sells sleep and abandoned the restoration on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday, we are told the deposit to 2 minutes by car. the restaurant room is spacious and very well lit and therefore welcoming. Two people work in the tgv style room, we would be better informed of what we want. no tablecloth (even not in paper) , very efficient but hard service , no smiles , in style “the customer should already be happy to be served. We do it, we're not here to lace. "The dishes are all served with fries (are served.) no dessert plate (ice pot.) prices are normal. but where the art of living, goodness, the delicacy that existed in all the restaurants o...

"We called in here for a spot of lunch on the way back from the airport and what a popular place it was. Although when we arrived there were all of 3 diners (2 outside in the courtyard and 1 inside) so it seemed strange that the waitress consulted with a colleague when I asked for a table for 2. She smiled and showed us to an outside table and over the next half an hour or more we watched on as probably another 3 dozen guests slowly appeared in their 2’s, 3’s and 4’s. It was easy to understand why, as the food was plentiful, well cooked and tasty but a downside of the numbers was that service was painfully slow. Sadly I could not determine if the day was a ‘one-off’ due to a large party booking or whether Le Julien is such a popular eaterie for local office staff that this is an everyday occurence. Either way the hour and three-quarters for just 3 courses was excessive as the delay was due to volume of numbers and limited servers rather than being left time between courses as some restaurants like to do. It was just as well that time wasn’t a concern for us as there is nothing worse than having to keep one eye on the clock and the other on the waiting staff whilst one is trying to eat. A shame, as it detracted from a pleasant lunch. St Julien’s location on the busy Varetz-Objat road meant that there wasn’t even a nice view to compensate, the courtyard behind the metal entrance doors from the street just contained tables of diners sitting under large canopy type umbrellas. Lunch itself when it came was delicious, and the 2 waiting staff pleasant and friendly. Goats Cheese was the starter with lardons, lettuce and tomato. Nice to see lettuce in its place rather than randomly appearing on the plate as it does in some restaurants (and on main courses too). The Plat was Cuisse de Poulet served (for France) with a voluminous number of carrots and a ratatouille type sauce. Dessert was in the form of an equally voluminous Mango Mousse with a crumble topping. The coffee conclusion appeared very quickly as a lot of guests had left by this point, and was actually very strong, almost bitter in taste, the kind that milk would not calm, only sugar."
