"We arrived in an almost empty restaurant at 8 oclock and by 8.30 it was full . Our waiter Erwan was perfect. The food was excellent and serve piping hot which is very important to me. The service was excellent and I can't wait for another occasion to return. The atmosphere was very enjoyable I could hear my husband talking but not the other tables. We had a wonderful evening."

"Si un vote existait pour 'bistrotier de l'année' on voterait pour Noél ('Nono') sans aucune hésitation. Il court sans être pressé, il est aimable sans être envahissant, il blague sans être lourdingue.....Un bon gars, quoi. OK, son bar n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est ce qu'on aime dans ce quartier bourdonnant, populaire et touristique sur les quais de Cherbourg. Les plats à midi sont vraiment 'maison' et travaillés et même si moules-frites n'est pas habituellement mon plat de prédilection (résidant dans le midi, ça sort trop souvent du micro-onde), j'ai apprécié la fraîcheur et le vrai goût de la mer ici. Lors d'un court séjour un peu forcé (panne de véhicule), 'chez Noêl' est rapidement devenu notre QG et nous avons hâte de retourner à cet endroit vrai, sans prétention et tellement humain. Merci.
