Very good restaurant. Refined but friendly dishes. Impeccable service and incredible value for money. The pizzas are also excellent. The server Lucas is very professional and friendly which doesn't spoil anything.

The staff are really friendly and keen to help. There are a limited number of vegan items on the menu and a couple of items that could be adapted to become vegan. I am also gluten free and both vegan items supported this too.

Suprisely many vegan options in this restrant. Even the veggie burger is Vegan, and tasty ! Better than Many full vegan resterant in Normandie. It lack a great dessert, like a vegan cake, to be very vegan friendly, but i 'm very grateful to find this one. View menu

good restaurant with decoration similar to those of the authentic and friendly office, the service is efficient despite a table of people. having anticipated a reservation the next day after a first unsuccessful attempt, we spent a very good evening. the dishes are copied, nicely presented and fresh. we didn't get past the crowd and we particularly enjoyed the attentive side during the service with customers. We'll come back when we get the chance.

Une brasserie où tout est fait maison, du gaspacho à la Chantilly, en passant par les moindres préparations, avec des produits de qualité c'est vraiment rare ! De plus quand le service, est à la mesure de la qualité de l'assiette, avec des serveurs efficaces et souriants, on y retourne ! De passage, remontant ensuite vers Paris, je regrette juste que notre région soit trop éloignée pour pouvoir y retourner sous huitaine. Une adresse incontournable à Alançon !

Finding vegan options in the French hinterland can be difficult, which makes me doubly appreciate Haut Ministère. They seem to encounter challenges in providing vegan options both the recipe of the salad and of the pizza have changed several times since I went there for the first time in 2017 but they don't give up! Given that it's a food place, I find the choice of having carpet everywhere a bit surprising. The beer selection is nice, and the personnel is friendly and very accommodating.
