"Tried to book, but told to call back tomorrow as they were busy (had to check I understood his French correctly as I have never had that before). Tried to ask for small portion of pasta as only steak hache on the childrens menu, but...received full adult portion (may have been my French but had never had to try to hard to get small portions with previous owners and thought it was obvious as she is only this meant she was a little intimidated by it, but we never received the small plate we had asked for). However my son thought the steak hachee was really good. All the starters were good, but then the main course took ages to come out and we had to ask for them to serve us I think they were waiting for the yr old to finish her large pasta, but didn't think to ask. This meant the main courses appeared to have been left out waiting and then re-heated a little bit as it seemed a bit cold (especially in the middle) and dried out. Oh and after the third time of asking, our wine finally came just after we asked for the main course to be served. Ice cream was good, especially my son's strawberry concoction so he thought the meal was great, but the rest of us were very disappointed that what previously had been such a great restaurant had been a let down."

"Cette auberge est très bien située pour pouvoir découvrir une zone plus sauvage et paisible du lac tout en pouvant facilement accéder en voiture aux lieux plus touristiques. La chambre refaite à neuf récemment était confortable, avec une bonne literie et une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Nous avons aussi dîné sur place le soir, et avons très bien mangé. Nous avons pu déguster une très bonne planche à partager avec notamment des panisses, du jambon de pays, des tomates confites. Le burger et le poisson étaient très bons, ainsi que le mille-feuille aux fruits rouges. Le patron, qui a repris l'auberge en 2021, ainsi que son équipe sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement !"

"We had dinner at the Auberge yesterday night. There was not place in the terrace and they kindly setup a table in the main room close to the terrace and just in front of the lake the location is great and the view outstanding....The furniture is a bit old style but warm and we enjoyed it. The kids menu had a multiple choice between hamburger, fish fillet or omelette with home made fries. The hamburger was good as well as the fries while the omelette was a bit spicy with pieces of pepper inside good taste but my daughter was not used to pepper we had two big salads, one with duck pieces and foie gras poêlé, salade and nuts. Good and tasty. The other salad was with cow cheese (that was kindly replaced by goat cheese as we requested), tomatoes, green salad, egg and watermelon. We were overall satisfied by the food, in the average, but a bit disappointed by the cost of the glass of aperitif (a local Muscat) that was proposed and we also asked as a bis ... EUR/glass for a total of EUR.... we could have ordered a bottle of good wine instead"

"We just drink a drink but we stayed for lunch I recommend this restaurant where service is impeccable, the team is smiling and welcoming, normal will tell me but so rare now Fresh and season products, some are organic I was jumping on dessert, she could convince me for the red fruit cake no regret, a real pleasure Thanks for this moment, continue like this"

"Clairement, ce qui vaut le coût c'est l'emplacement et la jolie vue sur le lac. Mis a part ça, nous avons été déçus. L'hôtel est hyper bruyant, aucune insonorisation, c'est une horreur, on entend la restauration jusqu'à minimum 23h30, les gens qui claquent les portes, ceux qui discutent dans les couloirs à pas d'heure,les chiens qui court et aboient, les ébats amoureux des voisins...on entend absolument tout ! Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, fuyez!!! Literie du siècle dernier, les lits sont très inconfortables. Pas de clim dans les chambres, ce qui manque vraiment en période estivale. Le restaurant, franchement, au niveau de la nourriture,c'est peu qualitatif, il ne faut pas être exigent, et le service laisse à désirer, beaucoup d'attente, un dessert qui n'arrive jamais, et des prix trop élevés.."
