The meat was correct but nothing exceptional mustard disappointing We were obliged to claim the dessert card after a long wait Café Liègeois to strongly advise, the ice was drowned in a coffee more than elongated and not sweet Ice Creams in the ice The very uninterested staff, we were forced to demand water on several occasions, when paying the boss no longer remembers our table while we were in the last. Restaurant already known to me, but it would be good to update the openings of the restaurant, because we arrive in front and find the door closed.

Very competent and smiling staff We've done a cure of flambées pies, they're very good, we're all recommending them We'll be back in this restaurant the next time we go to Alsace (at least once a year) View menu

Visit this essential restaurant when we go on a weekend in Alsace. You can find all the Alsatian specialties there, the atmosphere is friendly and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Don't forget to book in advance.

Bordelais, it's been twice this year that we are happy to come to Alsace for the holidays and every time the passage is mandatory in Kaysersberg, the reception, the service, the quality of the products and the kitchen everything is there and in prime the boss is adorable, go without hesitation, but a advice, book.

"L'Alchemille is a 1 star Michelin restaurant located in the Alsatian village of Kaysersberg. The menu here is a surprise, you just get to choose between 5, 7 or 9 course. The chef will gives what what he wants, what's fresh that time in his garden, and what he feels like cooking. I like the element of surprise so it wasn't an issue. Before you're asked if there are any ingredients you don't eat, or if you have any allergies,Service is good, not so much fluent in English but in a way or another you get to communicate. Wine list is good and includes wines for everyone's budget, somellier is more towards selling expensive wines, but he knows his job.Dinner kicked off with a bottle of Cremant,a nicely presented amouse bouche and fresh bread, It then followed with a variety of dishes which included potato mousse, beef tomato with basil snow. deer tartare, salmon, mustard zabaion, pigeon leg, munster and 2 desserts. The star of the night was the beef tomato with herbs and basil snow, followed by the pigeon with glazed peas, carrot puree and pigeon juice. To finish off we were given some petit fours, not bad but it can be improved. We later had a chat with chef Jerome Jaegle who surely has a passion for what he does, and no wonder he was awarded a Michelin star, his creativity on a daily basis is something few can do and maintain such a standard.Total came to around €130 including mid priced wine, 9 course is reasonably priced at €78.If you're in the area, it's a place you'd love to visit. I'll be back."
