Absolutely amazing cuisine and service from start to the end. Creative dishes with special flavors and just beautifully arranged. Definitely worth coming back...if you happen to be in Kayserberg...

When you pass the building you wouldn’t expect this: an amazing restaurant in the neighborhood! Beautiful wooden decor, herb garden in the yard, friendly service and the most amazing surprise menu. Wine pairing was perfect with local wines. Definitely recommend to visit even from further...away:

Amazing experience in this one-starred Michelin restaurant. The restaurant offers a blind menu that was beautifully executed. The chef uses local produce and all the dishes were cooked to perfection. Wines had a very reasonable price. Service was spectacular, waiters were extremely sympathetic, polite and...fun! Will definitely return. Needless to say that requires reservation. Enjoy!

Jérôme and his team took us on a unexpected, breathtaking, but relaxed gourmet journey. The creativity, the presentation, the outstanding surprising tastes of each dish, plus the most unusual and best wine pairing we ever had, were extraordinaire. For us, it was on the...level of a once-in-a-lifetime experience ... which we must repeat soon! We would return to Kaysersberg anytime just because of Jérôme the Alchémille experience.

Jérôme Jaegle understands to make a menu where fish and meat do not really play the main role and do not miss it. The enjoyment and creative factor is extremely high and in this respect this is a very modern kitchen, combined with fabulous craftsmanship. The service remains reserved something that may be due to the language barrier, but it looks friendly and attentive. That the “L’Alchémille” has become more than a secret tip, we can follow at least tonight.

Lovely location, very stylish decor, brilliant service, attention to every detail and PHENOMENAL food and drinks. I’m allergic to alcohol so I couldn’t do a wine pairing but the non alcoholic drink pairing was out of this world! Never seen anything this creative and...I have tested many gourmet restaurants across the world. Alchemille was not only good beyond expectations it is one of the very few UNFORGETTABLE dining experiences. Possibly amongst my top 3 Right up there with Noma and El Bulli. Well done Jerome and team! We will be back again for sure!

First visit back after lockdown to this Alsatian gem. We have been a few times and always find the two hour each way drive from home worth the effort. The restaurant is modern, comfortable and even cosier after its rework. The dishes are outstanding and...imaginative. We needed dishes adapted for one of our party and each adaptation was as much a delight as the main offering. This is not always the case elsewhere. Service is seamless. Chef was serving some dishes himself on this evening. It is great to get a feel for his passion for his craft. He also freely offers cooking tips, although matching his skills seems like a challenge.
