The menu, curiously simple and yet changing over the seasons, promises a rather traditional cuisine... ... that the chef has the gift of transforming into sublime! Taste the famous salad of warm lentils (a slaughter! , and taste, if you like, a stirring apples... ... and finish the meal with the cream burned to the orange and the Grand Marnier... Delicious!
