the bouvier house has been able to recreate a magical universe both at the level of gastronomy and reception at 3000m altitude. we loved this lunch break at 3000 meters above sea level, on the terrace with a superb view on the surrounding mountains, near but also distant. The choice of self is wide enough to satisfy all.
