"We arrived in the area on our first night in Paris. I am not a Russian oligarch and don't earn a billion dollars a year. I don't drive a Rolls Royce. I admit I was a little worried and thought where can I afford to eat around here since the entire area stank of money; thankfully I found this little gem. This atmosphere is great, the service was fast and the food was honest. We said we were vegetarian and they made changes to one dish to accomodate us and they had one vegetarian salad on the menu.These salads will fill you up. When the food was ready the chef, (who is grumpy in a good comedic way) would walk up he stairs and hand the plates to the waiter who then brings them to your table. This best way to describe this food is that it is food your grandparents used to makeAnd it is good value. Sure there are better (and more expensive) restaurants but if you are a little skint or you don't want to spend a bunch of money try this. My only complaint was it was a little more salty than I would have liked but who cares. My wife loves salt so she thought it was excellent."

The Westminter Hotel at Rue the paix has a good restaurant. You can Have a Michelin worthy diner in their Restaurant Le petit Céladon with chef Christophe Moisand. You will not regret it!

Very friendly Troquet with very Smiling Servers and servers very well. A lot of dirty sales to take away! Very alive and good address near the Place Vendôme! Very nice! We've got to go to lunch!

I went here on recommendation of several Parisians. It is quite a lively place...small but the owners are friendly and lots of locals come to eat and drink. I had the Duck Confit and it was great. View menu

Great meal in this bistro with a warm and musical atmosphere! Promiscuity with table neighbors but not unpleasant given the good side franquette. Very nice waiters and bosses. The meal was very tasty and big bonus for the food!! I recommend closed eyes

Un bistrot auvergnat comme il y en a peu.Charcuterie (le jambon blanc est une tuerie ) et fromage top .Planches sur place ou sandwich à emporter (un bon vrai très bon sandwich)Plats typiques et goûteux doté d'un rapport qualité prix défiant toute concurrence. Ici on ne rigole pas avec la qualité et on le retrouve dans l'assiette.Un plaisir comme une madeleine de Proust lorsque l'on grandi à Paris.
