"Very pleasant helpful staff but the food varied from very good to awful! We went twice obviously the first experience was so good but on the second visit my husband’s entree dish was a disaster! Virtually inedible. It was obviously something the chef was experimenting with. It sounded OK cauliflower with mascarpone and crevettes but the actual dish was anything but OK. Such a pity because up until then our opinion of this restaurant was very positive! Most of the dishes being served to adjoining tables on both visits looked wonderful. Overall our opinion would be to say that this place is well worth a visit. It just proves that a review is dependent on what you experience on one visit!"

Great food, very French, lovely service and good selection of wines. Will have to come back next time we’re visiting Foix.

The staff was super friendly and patient. Even after changing the order at least 3 times as we saw other plates served at other tables. The food was great.

The waiter was outstanding. The restaurant was full and he was alone. Still we had no complaints about the service or the food. Good kitchen. The locals eat here.

Just perfect. one of the best times spent at the restaurant (and we do a lot). good products, well valued, a wide selection of affordable wines, warm service, all at a good value quality price I find. It's been a long time since I didn't leave my mind, but in this case I really want to encourage you to go because I have no criticism to do. just enjoy.

After a day's visit to the fairs, we're looking for a nice restaurant. Well bingo we found it when we got to the vertigo. the calm and warm atmosphere has delighted us. a good choice to the fresh product card and good surprises on the wine side. The beef carpaccio we ate was very well prepared and what to say dessert. Let yourself be tempted by the red fruit sabayon. a murder. Go on, but think about booking. You won't have a bad surprise.

Having been disappointed by many restaurants in the region lately, I was delighted by my lunch here. I had a tournedos de canard topped by fois gras, accompanied by real pommes frites fried in duck fat (which they highlight). This restaurant has a higher price point than most of its neighboring competitors, but is full of more affluent locals who know good cooking. Despite its modern atmosphere and design, the restaurant cooks in a way that reminds me of the old days (e.g. 1970 's) when excellent cuisine seemed much more prevalent in France.

I went there thanks to the threeadvisor reviews that were very good and frankly I was bluffed!Pleasant service, visually perfect dishes and exceptional flavors. When the egg came in to the foie gras is worth the detour and in the dish I took the tuna in the crust of Ioli which was excellent (a little too cooked if you really have to say something); desserts are also excellent: we tested pineapple and dessert suite which is called "a pajamas and bed". Congratulations to all the team and thank you for this evening that sparkled my taste buds!!
