"I was at dinner at this pizzeria twice and I was really satisfied. the interior room is fantastic, the furniture is extremely special and makes it a unique place of its kind; staff is also very kind and helpful. in the menu there are no completely vegan dishes, but the possibility of requiring vegan ooo cheese makes many dishes adaptable. pizzas are really big, made with a dough that changes every week with really interesting proposals; as appetizer I highly recommend bruschettone with vegan cheese and sugo beans, which has an amazingly good goto."

"This osteria offers all of the typical Roman/Castelli Romani dishes at very affordable prices. Our table of four had starters, first courses, maybe also shared seconds and dessert, plus wine, and the final bill was about €25/person. The seating is also rather cozy, so we got to chat with our neighbors."

"My joy never disappoints. back in the club after years, I found the creativity of always and new dishes. appetizers really delicious as the name in the menu, excellent roasted porcini and pork fillet with scamorza. very good contours. special aromas and flavors in a flowery setting of the historic center of genzano. friendly welcome and premature in serving. excellent quality price."

"EDIT: siamo tornati domenica scorsa e per un problema relativo al gas buona parte delle pietanze, inclusi tutti i primi, non era disponibile. Queste cose capitano, il problema è che la cucina e il personale in generale, seppur molto cortese, non ha potuto stare dietro alla richiesta di altre pietanze. Un pranzo che normalmente sarebbe durato un'oretta abbondante si è trasformato in un'odissea di oltre due ore, abbiamo ordinato dopo un'infinità di tempo e oltre all'antipasto tutto quello che ci è stato portato era freddo o a malapena tiepido. I contorni, normalmente ripassati, erano veramente improponibili. Il pannicolo alla brace che avrebbe dovuto essere al sicuro dall'inconveniente del gas era anch'esso freddo. Ribadisco, sono cose che capitano e hanno fatto fronte alla situazione al meglio delle loro possibilità e con cortesia ma visto il risultato avrebbero potuto offrire un po' di sconto per averci portato roba fredda. Se fosse stata la mia prima volta mi sarei fatto davvero una pessima idea. Ristorante davvero ottimo, buono l'antipasto misto sia caldo che di tagli freddi, meglio gli affettati dei formaggi (pochi, non abbondanti e non molto vari). Interessanti i primi tra cui le fettuccine alle rigaglie di pollo, di solito non facili da trovare. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più in assoluto sono stati i secondi, spettacolare il pannicolo, tra i migliori mai mangiati, e il picchiapò. Non male anche la torta di mele."

"I had heard and read about the Parlo bistro, located in Genzano di Roma, always in a flattering way and therefore curiosity and expectations were high. The place is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing with good background music. The tables are large and sufficiently spaced. The menu offers burgers and baos all stuffed with quality raw materials, as can be seen from the menu, with the plus that all the buns and baos are homemade. To start, we tasted the mini bao mix on the menu under the starters heading. The bao is perfect, it just serves to bring the filling into your mouth because it dissolves immediately without needing to be chewed. The fillings of 2 of the 4 baos are characterized by crunchiness, they are the veggie and the fish, they are delicious. All the flavors can be felt distinctly and the homemade mayonnaise is a plus which gives a nice boost. The ginger and lime mayonnaise stands out in the fish. The third of the mini baos is stuffed with a mini Chianina burger which, despite its small size, remains juicy and tasty, the presence of kimchi is interesting. The last of the 4 mini baos, certainly not for goodness, is the one with the dark pork belly. Dark pork belly is one of the traditional Chinese dishes and I must say that after tasting different interpretations, this is one of the ones I liked the most. The pork remains with a very thin crunchy crust, very juicy inside, the typical Chinese sauce that accompanies it, with its sweet and salty taste at the same time, pairs perfectly. After this introduction we tried our hand at a bao and a burger also to try the brioche bun. The PBLT is a squid ink brioche bread with grilled prawns inside, I would add nice prawns, crispy bacon and pink sauce. Curiosity arose from the prawn paired with bacon. After tasting it I have to say that it is a truly excellent combination. The bacon is cooked to perfection, crispy like potato chips. In some places it was a little too tasty, but apart from that, together with the tenderness and right humidity of the prawn it is truly an explosion of taste in the mouth. Also in this case the bun is absolutely meltable and serves to bring its contents to the mouth. The bao on the other hand was the IKA bao. Always with squid ink with inside a cuttlefish croquette fried in panko, accompanied by a sriracha mayonnaise, a typical spicy oriental sauce but at the same time with a sweetish aftertaste. The croquette fried in panko crunched under the teeth which was a pleasure, also because the frying was very dry and well done. A sign that in the kitchen they know what it means to have the frying oil at the right temperature so that the frying is light, crispy and dry All baos and burgers are served with triple-cooked homemade potatoes, accompanied by 3 jars containing 3 mayonnaises in which to dip the potatoes. I personally really enjoyed that lime and ginger. We accompanied everything with 2 small beers and a mineral water for a cost of €48. The price is up to the quality of the proposal. If I had the Parlo bistro under my house they would see me very often, a recommended place."
