"Hugely disappointing. Went for my mum’s birthday, decided to try the afternoon tea after hearing it was good from a friend, albeit a couple of years ago but I checked the recent reviews and they appeared to be good. We were the only customers, there were several men going in and out, talking loudly and keeping the staff occupied which meant our service was nonexistent. The restaurant itself is run down, had an unpleasant smell, the tables were sticky. The afternoon tea consisted of chicken wraps, falafel wraps, and a ball of mushed up meat rice in filo pastry, smothered in cinnamon. Alongside ready filled scones and shop bought cupcakes. Then a plate of falafel and a plate of baklava. Sadly none of it was particularly enjoyable and the whole thing was just disappointing. Not worth £110 for 5 people. I could have put together a much better Lebanese afternoon tea myself!"
