Overall, it was a good experience. My girlfriend and I ordered a burger and a wrap. They were both good, I am just giving a review of 4 stars and not 5 because it wasn't anything special and I was expecting a little bit more. It's definitely better than a Mcdonald though. Sadly, our experience was very unpleasant. We waited 20 minutes for our takeaway burger meals, which tasted awful. Also extremely overpriced. Ordered Chai latte my wife a bacon egg muffin myself a shaksuka We were 2nd in line at 0830 We waited, waited, latte arrived, was drunk, we waited. I enquired as to how long, got a four word grunted answer when I asked about the food being sat waiting for nearly 10 minutes of it 's a hot plate Iike the staff I couldn 't be bothered So ate a cold shaksuka without a drink.. Shame Poor service Zero customer services skills in attempts to improve on what inter personal skills they possessed Shame, won 't be back
