"Stopped here for lunch on beautiful sunny skiing day. We decided to wait for table outside so stood in line for 1 hour, this is mostly out of their control except clearing tables could have been quicker as they did not have enough staff. We...finally sat down but then we were politely asked if we could move table so we did. The overstretched waitress then proceeded to serve the customers who took our table (who had only been waiting a short while). When we asked for service the waitress was very rude and told us this was not a snack bar and no apology. The food was actually really nice but we won’t be returning due to the attitude of the waiting staff and not managing the tables well. I don’t understand why the restaurants don’t have adequate staff on the busiest week of the year, they would surely make more money and improve service !"
