It's desserts that have a problem. dessert around chocolate and strawberry combining a chocolate gteau with chocolate ganache, strawberry and strawberry mousse. the texture game could have worked, but the bait gteau hard, dry, without any obtained. and the almost absence of sugar could not be very compensated by the strawberries small sugars. So it was fade.
