"We ate a Thursday night in this restaurant and fell on very friendly waiters who were kind enough to keep us a table despite a full restaurant. We had taken the half-cook of foie gras to the prunes, the goat salad and the mussels gratined to garlic and parsley and in plated we all took the lasagna to the jacco sts! What a feast of the entrance to the dish! the children with their chopped/frite steak menus and chopped/pure steak are also delighted! in addition prices are affordable! it places on a pretty little square! We recommend this restaurant!"

the terrace is the big plus of this restaurant. We took the flat inlet formula. Gratin mussels were good. The cod brandade without interest, the lamb square was good. nice service.

a simple but effective card. The well-prepared dishes: good quality ratio the terrace is very pleasant, the real asset of this very warm restaurant. Just be careful with some small service details (to taste wine)

Highly recommend. Fantastic food, great wine selection and sat in a beautiful little square with only a couple of other restaurants. The best part though was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

despite a late arrival the team was at the smallest care. food side nothing exceptional but overall the dishes are well prepared. Offering bottles of wine in 50 cm is a very good idea that allows you to enjoy yourself at a lower cost. View menu

strong points: the terrace on the square, without cars, with the fountain whispering at nightfall; The kindness of the servers. The menu at 27 euros is correct, more for the entry of gratined mussels and the chaplain to pineapple to dessert than for lasagna to the Saint-Jacques (?) less convincing.

Wednesday, August 2, we went to dinner with family. We hadn't come for a year. quality is always present, prices are always reasonable and service is always on top. The map has evolved. the choice is always varied both at the entrance and the dishes. If you had to write a little critique, it would be the wine map that could be more varied. This being, the current map presents quality wines and affordable prices. In summary, magnolias are a safe value for who is looking for a good restaurant.

"Enoteca has only been going 6 months or so which may explain the lack of reviews on TripAdvisor but don't let that put you off dining here. We'd been staying close by for the week and hadn't realised at first that this restaurant is also linked to a great little deli about 10 doors down on the same rue. So you have two great places to discover! We stopped in there for a glass of wine first in the last of the days sun before heading to the restaurant for dinner. The owner is a lovely, attentive guy who is clearly very passionate about his Italian produce; food and wine! Over dinner we were well looked after and shared delicious burrata as starter, followed by two authentic Italian pasta dishes for main course. The beef in mine was rich and tender, obviously having been cooked for hours. Dessert were small coffees with a delicious citrus mouse on the side and plenty of biscotti biscuits to dip. Drinks wise we'd enjoyed a glass of white at the deli but moved onto passionfruit spritz for aperitifs followed by a delicious Nero d'Avola to match our mains. This red was fantastically smooth and fruity, with no hint of tannins in the after taste. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed out on a Friday night but there is a festival in town for a couple of days so that could be keeping people busy, but this place will surely gain in popularity and in the rankings in Nimes very soon. Recommend this Italian restaurant which suits this French city drenched in Roman history!"
