What the aveyronnaiss do not wash? That we are peasants and that apart from being with our cows we have no hygiene? It’s pretty funny when you think about it because the toilet is still clean from September to May but during the months when the tourists are present they are dirty. I think you should ask yourself questions about you, tourists and your hygiene when you go to the little corner. Now let’s talk about food, those who want the “aveyronnaise gastronomy” know quite that we don’t eat this kind of dish at the “caffee” of the corner! They make very good and cheap dishes and never said they were doing local gastronomy. So those who don't like it: goodbye and good wind!"
