"The Lipopette is a perfect pub offering atmosphere, variety and leisure to those who seek it. The bar has a dartboard and, upstairs, 4 billiard tables which will delight fans of these games. Lipopette also offers the possibility of coming to watch match replays. The Lipopette is located in a small, somewhat forgotten alley which means the bar always has room, which makes each visit pleasant! The waiters and waitresses are very pleasant and do not hesitate to serve strange things like Kiwi Ricard when asked... I come to Lipopette almost every Monday with my friends and we are never disappointed!"

Très bonne découverte, une carte originale avec un mélange japonais, français. Un régal pour les fans de truffe. Options végétariennes et vegan. Le serveur sympathique, prévenant et de bon conseil. On reviendra.

A very good little Pub. A bar where life is good with friends or even alone, when you simply want to watch life go by, the days of vagueness in the soul... It’s a perfect estaminet for this type of activity. Billiards room upstairs. As well as places of ease. Beware of the slightly steep concrete staircase, the descent can be hazardous if the body is a little too loaded with ethanol...

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
