"It is rare that I 'll try Asian kitchens in small towns villages just because of the disappointing lack of success I 've had previously. However, I decided to give this restaurant a go based on the reviews. I was excited at the prospect that perhaps I would finally find an authentic and tasty asian kitchen in somewhere outside of Stuttgart! However, authentic it was not and while it was not unedible, it certainly wasn 't quite as tasty as I hoped for. I walked into the place and thought how it seemed like a very stereotypical Asian kitchen but decided to be a bit more open minded. After all, I wasn 't going to eat the decor. My friend and I both ordered the Pho Bo and also some fried vegetarian spring rolls. In hindsight, perhaps we should have tried the traditional summer rolls but I was in the mood for something fried dipped in sweet and sour sauce. The spring rolls were 1,50 which probably explained their awful quality. Edible but meh. The Pho Bo is a staple that any restaurant branding itself as Vietnamese should do well. It 's like going to a chinese restaurant and getting rice (well, you get the picture I know, it 's not as easy as cooking rice). But this pho came with no garnishes, just a wedge of lemon and some hot sauce. Well, that must mean there was lots of herbs in the soup already...well, not more than usual. Just lots of spring onion, ginger and maybe some mint. The broth itself was lacking something it was perfectly tasty but not Pho broth as I know it. The beef was very tasty but it was evidently prepared beforehand, fried and then thrown in. Still, kudos for the meat tender and great to dip in the chilli sauce. I wasn 't sure whether I should give it two or three stars I will most likely never go back. I wasn 't wowed and it has reinforced the idea that genuine asian kitchen just cannot seem to be found in small German towns. So, go if you want something quick and cheap but don 't expect any authenticity."

Freundliches und authentisches Restaurant mit leckerer vietamesische Küche.Die traditionellen Speisen sind sehr lecker und die Preise fair. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Achtung, nur Barzahlung.

Das Lokal liegt in einem Keller und ist daher etwas höhlenartig und etwas merkwürdig dekoriert. Die Karte ist groß und enthält nicht nur vietnamesische Gerichte. Das Essen war segr gut und die Portionen waren eher groß. Preis Leistung sind gut, der Service war ok.

I have lived in Gerlingen many years now and just recently did find the place, how can i miss something like that in so small town???I love Asian food and thought i have to go always to the Stuttgart to have nice Asian food, well not anymore!!!Place do not look much, but food is delicious and fordable!!

This is a great place to take away (they also have several tables in the restaurant). The food is quickly prepared, there are a variety of products, it is very cheap and it is tasty. The portions are large enough so that you can also have residues. You're really nice too. I came right after graduation and they still prepared a pick-up order for me. Try it!

Ein Besuch mit Kleinkind am Ostermontag. Die Öffnungszeiten über die App sind falsch, Öffnungszeit doch erst ab 17:30. Noch 5 min davor war es im Lokal dunkel. Wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob hier jemand öffnet. Die Dekorationskritiken anderer Bewerter sind übertrieben. Alles relativ ordentlich. Das Aquarium im Eingang ist unschön, leben darinnen gibt es nicht mehr. Das Essen für diesen Preis alles empfehlenswert. Gerichte oft unter 8 €. Auch die Vorsuppen waren alle lecker und frisch zubereitet.

I don't know authentic Viatnamese food, but I know good food, and Little Vietnam has become one of my absolute favorite places. The Pho is very good, as well as their spicy, chicken-coconut cream soup. Their various spring/summer rolls are delicious. And they have one of my favorite beers, Singha, so at least that's authentic! There is always plenty of seating, the service is good, especially considering it seems it's the same lone waitress every time we go. On a cold, rainy day, just go get their Pho. You'll feel better.

Haben Speisen zum Mitnehmen gehabt. Restaurant wirkt abgewohnt und unordentlich- hinter der Theke benutzte Kaffeetassen und allerlei Ramsch + ein auf laut gestellter PC über den parallel zur Musik im Restaurant ein asiatischer Livestream lief . Die Bedienung war nur mäßig freundlich . Alle Speisen ( grünes Thai Curry , gebratene Nudeln , Vietnamesisches Schweinefleisch, Pekingsuppe) waren eher durchschnittlich aber keineswegs schlecht. Pekingsuppe war ein Fertigprodukt. Preislich war alles wirklich günstig- von daher was das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angeht unterm Strich in Ordnung .
