"We walked here after a walk around Cat Bells with our dog. We asked politely if the dog was allowed in, the young girl barely glanced at us and said in the slate area only I 'm afraid . The slate floor area had one table only that was filled already. The rest of the room was completely empty of customers. Therefore nowhere for us to sit and have lunch. This is very strange in this day and age, we moved on, there are loads of places that welcome us and our little dog so we won 't bother trying there again."

We've visited a few times. Fantastic owners always a warm welcome couldn't be more helpful. We can particularly recommend the scones! Ideally positioned for a pit stop from lots of walks.

Great, generous BLT and Cumberland sausage in a roll. Lovely pint of Loweswater Gold too. A gem of a place and the cakes took good too. Payed with a card an the free WiFi let me catch up and write this review. We'll be back.

We recently walked from the bridge at Little Braithwaite up the Newlands Valley to Littletown and stopped at the Cafe there for a delicious cup of tea, and scones with butter jam and cream. It was a lovely day so we sat in the garden and admired our surroundings.

We have never stayed but have used the tearoom on numerous occasions. Always very friendly, excellent customer service, good selection of food including an outstanding bacon roll which I can vouch for and some excellent homemade cakes which my wife and grandchildren loved View menu

We like to leave the Catbells crowd behind and make a bee line for this spot on our round of the Newlands Valley. Had the best carrot cake I have had for years. There were two hens with chicks which amused us and on a beautiful day it was hard to move on from such a lovely spot.

While out on a day fell walking this was a great reward. Good food and a refreshing drink. We sat outside taking in the incredible panoramic views. You don't need to be a walker to appreciate Littletown Farm Tearooms and bar, you can enjoy the drive up to it along the beautiful Newland Valley a must.

10 of us had a lovely meal at Littletown Farm on Thursday evening. We had previously had lunches there and knew the quality was very good. Evening meals are by arrangement and we were staying opposite so it was an easy choice. We were all very pleased we chose this place. Great service, lovely food and reasonable prices. We'll be back View menu

I'm not sure what they are trying to be? Had a very quick cuppa with a great apple and almond cake. But other than for drinks, there didn't seam to be any obvious menu. The cake and tea were very good. Other trip advisor comments about service seamed to be unfounded as it was extremely busy and I was served at my table outside within minutes. Keswick half marathon was on. Would really like to know what else they serve up after having the cake. Pop some menus on your website and I for one may be back.

After walking for 6 hours or so, my wife and I were tired and needed some refreshments. We came upon Littletown Farm purely by chance, but we were so lucky. The girl who served us was polite, efficient and friendly. The scones, tiffin and tea were all first rate and the smell of baking scones wafting out from the kitchen confirmed that these were homemade and fresh. The view was lovely too which added to the atmosphere. We will definitely be back and I would not hesitate to recommend the place to others.
