"Visited here due to trip advisor’s high rating and New Year’s Eve dinner. Ambience and service were good. Yet food quality was totally disappointing! Ordered carpaccio; duck breasts and salmon with risotto. Both plates of carpaccio seemed being taken out from freezer too cold!...All entrees were not hot; side dish (the potato balls) were close to “cold”; duck breast were dried with inadequate seasoning! The house was only half full number of orders should not have compromised the quality of food to such a standard! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND for dinner!"

very good caffe with beautiful interieur. only a small problem I had a bit too big chicken pieces in my suppe and had no knife to cut it. Otherwise, eating was very delicious, also a coffee with mandelmilch.

Lloyd’s Cafe overcome all our expectations. Very nice ambient and service. Price is also ok! We had “Das Herzhaftes” and “Das ohne Wurst” breakfast, both extremely delicious! The plate of fruits (part of Das ohne Wurst) was perfect! Looking forward to coming back!

very nice place with an excellent selection of breakfast. we came on a Sunday morning, ignoring the popularity of the place; we had the last table! during our breakfast the partie of the poeple came into the square, but had to be turned off. fully booked, so if. they want to go there; reserve! I have not seen the reviews, just looking for some cool beers on the way back from a trip to the zoo. beer was good. it is also to be travelled in the outside tables. it only took one because to notice someone we were there. Maybe they felt we were there for a drink, but it took so long to serve the idea of two beers.

great breakfast experience in a very cozy and relaxed yet stylish atmosphere in dresden Neustadt. good eating, great team, fun quantity, reasonable price level. also: the lloyd 's is part of an exciting project that offers disabled people the opportunity to work in. 'normal' world we take too often for self-evident. full tracks from my side, keep them the good work! I will go back to the lloyd’s, next in dresden

"Quite disappointed. The prices and past reviews made me believe this was going to be a fine dining experience to remember. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Atmosphere upon entry was awkward, with several waiters and waitresses (including the apparant hostess) passing us by multiple times before we were greeted and seated. After waiting 20 minutes to order our entry drinks we ordered a 4 course surprise menu containing meat and fish respectively, including a wine pairing menu. We were quite curious to see what variety of meats and fish choices the kitchen would come up with in their simplest of surprise menu's. Imagine our surprise when the first course was vegetarian! Don't get me wrong, I definitely enjoy vegetarian meals, but thats everything we didnt order.. The second course, a clear beef soup, was very standard and boring. And I must admit the main course iberico ham with a good pairing red wine was ok. My partners fish main course (the only one of 3, after ordering for a 3 course fish surprise menu) wasnt interesting at all, and had a weird wine choice. Sadly the last course was again mediocre as the full sweet dessert wine overruled the sort of sweet dessert. After the second course the staff stopped asking how the food was, as if they knew it wasnt up to Gault Millau standards. Ordering drinks after dessert was only possible by walking up to the bar ourselves, so no thanks. Even the bill we had to go fetch ourselves at the bar. Even here the staff didnt even dare ask how everything was and if we enjoyed our dinner. All in all: a lot of potential but overall disappointing. Would not recommend"
