Burger was the best I've ever had but please get some new menus there's grease on the ones you've got now and it's gross

I am disappointed that they have been closed for a few months now. Their burgers are the best I have ever had. We used to even drive a long distance just to enjoy their delicious burgers. I really hope they will reopen soon. View menu

The food was tasty, but the portions were disappointingly small. My drink filled me up more than the meal did. I had been looking forward to eating all day, so receiving only half of a hotdog was a letdown. My mom has also been getting burgers with barely a sliver of chicken on them. I wish the takeout experience matched the quality of service in the restaurant.

Order uber they send me worse food i eat my daughter patty didn't cook properly my wife she had pain in stomach two days I spoke to manger he said i call my boss tomorrow and resolve my issues about bad quality of food nobody call me ,imagine if i order from big company they take action immediately but this shop they don't bother worse experience first time any shop I usually never review but this is matter of food thats why i review about this shop.

Absolutely terrible service. The food was not coming at the same time…. A burger and a waffles came 30 minutes apart. One of the burgers had absolutely no meat within it. On top of all of this there was flys all over us as we were not able to eat. I asked to speak to the manager and asked for atleast a discount for such a terrible meal. I was told there is no refund and was offered a free drink? When we spent over £200 in this place. I then said please do what you can as the only thing we can do is leave a bad review and we do not want to do this. He then began to swear at me and telling me he will not be ‘threatened’.
