"Best homemade pasta Ever. We had to wait a bit because we had no reservations. A glass of ripasso on the house made that a simple and rewarding wait. We had the steactar (in a way I had never tasted it with sea urchin and bone marrow instead of the usual mustard and mayo). Delicious. Then followed Beef Tagliatini (yes a pasta of beef, as creative) with truffle grass and Grana Padano. From this world. We have closed it with a combo of three houses, the pastas of each made a joy in themselves. A bottle of ripasso and everything for a very reasonable price. You can't go wrong."
