"For Americans living in Hamburg, you have to get used to saying goodbye to fried and scrambled eggs at breakfast... unless you know about Loewen, whose kitchen staff makes a number of different scrambles and serves them up tasty and steaming. You can sit inside...or out. They always have a big basket of apples for the taking. And the espressolattescoffee were good too. It's not an American cafe by any means. They take their time and it's still very German, but it's a nice change of pace from rolls and cold cuts which they also have"

a pretty standard café I'm just going to when nothing else fits. plus: fassbier; minus: at several locations already quite inattentive operation, which is sometimes quite pampig.

.at such a sunny Saturday it could have been nice! But the host floats under dirty whisper and runs unconceptually from the table to theke and back. He has no time or too much stress to smile and greet public. And too (old) jammed he is also to learn!Salut!

we enjoyed an breakfast in the sun outside the common breakfast plate loewen breakfast is a recommended, but eier and speck is also a good choice of service made a supplement of a large glass with honey and nutella to our. table, and that will make everyone happy.

Breakfast on a Sunday is reasonable if not outstanding, the biggest problem is the food comes with a bit of attitude. Service is at best slow and certainly without a smile. Pity as unless the sun is shining and you sit outside there is not...much to make you take the extra effort of going here

the breakfast on a Sunday is reasonable if not excellent, the biggest problem is eating comes with a little maintenance. service is best slow and safe without smiling. **** as if the sun doesn't seem and you're sitting outside, there's not... much to make you think you're taking the extra up to go here

you can have a good breakfast in the lion and drink a caffe. you can also meet a prominent one if you want that, but what is sometimes lacking in the lion is friendliness. for this there is tending to be a certain type of high-naturity. there are then more pleasant localities in the nearer environment I would recommend.

at our visit were two more tables occupied. the service was, naja nordisch subcooled and not very euphoric or attentive. the coffee is good, the cake generously portioned and tasty, but also unspectacular. the ambiente is a little tangent and acts as an old cheek at the same time to be hip. I'm sure you can make more of it. for a coffee, if you're close, it's okay. for the evening it is not in question for us. Maybe we'll test the breakfast there.

for Americans who live in hamburg, they have to get used to fried and cunning eggs. unless they know about loews, whose kitchen staff makes a series of different scrambles and serves them tasty and steaming. you can sit inside or out. they always have a large basket of apples for taking and the espresso/lattes/coffee was also good. it's not an American caffe. they take their time and it is still very German, but it is a beautiful change of the tempos of rolling and cold cuts (which they also have).
