"I would love to be your guest with my children and grandchildren. We were with you again this lunchtime and unfortunately have to inform you that we were totally disappointed: After we ordered, we were informed that the hard cheese (Parmesan) had unfortunately run out. This is completely incomprehensible to me, especially when you consider that there are 3 supermarkets within a maximum radius of 300 m (ALDI, REWE; EDEKA). Our grandchildren (3 and 5 years old) are always happy when we come to see them because they always eat pasta with tomato sauce. When I suggested that I get a dessert from the house after dinner, I only received a tired smile. Sorry, an Italian without Parmesan doesn't work.!! Who does the planning??"

The waitress wanted to make us aware that card payment only works if you tip beforehand. There were several of us and it was claimed that a large sum was still outstanding. We didn't get any bills either, we waited a long time for the pizza and it was actually cold in the end. Absolutely not recommended.

It was disappointing today! We met there today with friends who didn't know the Osteria and we were all disappointed. At first it took an extremely long time until we finally got something to drink. Then the pizza came later and it wasn't hot, just lukewarm. Other drinks were partly forgotten and were only brought after repeated requests. Conclusion: Bad performance! Too bad...

Unprofessional service – disappointing experience I ordered from L'Osteria today and had to wait a whole two hours for my food while guests who came after me had long since received their orders. When asked, the waiter brushed responsibility under the carpet, which only reinforced the bad impression. We were treated extremely unprofessionally and it was a very unpleasant experience overall. This is not how you should treat guests. I hope that management urgently improves this.
