Great experience at Lucas Carton this 15th December. Menu in 4 very creative services, lots of originality and flavors. Red (without stops) particularly surprising. Very pro and attentive service. A real moment of pleasure for a very correct addition!

Enigmatic menus but very well composed or each dish brings its singularity What powerful tastes and never met with chords of wines very well composed without passing through these weird wines that we sometimes inflict. Excellent culinary experience from end to end. An exceptional mention for poultry (I don’t have enough words to explain this intense pleasure. A pleasant setting and a team in the room with little care, listening and able to adapt very quickly (e.g. for us on a riddle agreement on red on which we were not receptive, the sommelier immediately changed and we loved. Pas au niveau des "étoilés" et même "non étoilés" que j'ai pu tester. Je n'ai pas la prétention d'être critique gastronomique, il s'agit seulement de mon ressenti.Gestion "des cuissons" très particulières, la tige du chou fleur, qui n'est pas la partie la plus goûteuse de ce légume était ni cuite ni crue... la viande (volaille), elle aussi, était à la limite du cru. L'assaisonnement était, à mon goût toujours, trop prononcé. C'est la 1ère fois que je préfère le sucré au salé dans un restaurant.Bref très déçue par ce restaurant. Je ne referais pas

The welcome was perfect; the explanations given throughout the meal by the staff delighted us. A staff with little care and who loves his work. The frame is beautiful!
