Das Essen war lecker und reichlich, das Unterhaltungsprogramm sehr gut, die Bedienungen flink und nett. Ein Erlebnis waren auch die Toiletten. Es war nur sehr warm und etwas düster. ;

Its really kitch for tourists. Food is ok but nothing special. Service was at the end ok but in the beginning it was rather difficult to even order. Prices are normal but it was nice to be there once

Very bad experience there . No English speaking staff . Couldn't get most items on the menu . Changing from big menu to small menu in the middle of the evening unacceptable. Wifi not working . Service poor and slow .Food was very fat and...dishes very creamy . Restaurant nicely decorated and nice seating outside .

Eines der schönsten und authentischsten Hotels, die ich je besucht habe. Die Zimmer und die Gaststätte im Erdgeschoss sind absolut stimmig und sehr liebevoll auf das Thema Luther eingestimmt, vom Möbiliar, über die Speisekarte bis zur Rezeption. Da macht das Entdecken richtig Spaß. Das Essen ist superlecker und die Mitarbeiter hoch motiviert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby und hatten für 19 Uhr reserviert. Die Bedienung ließ lange auf sich warten, War aber sehr freundlich. Gegen 21 Uhr hatten wir immer noch nichts zu essen, der Koch kam selbst und entschuldigte sich, das Essen solle nun gleich kommen. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde kam es dann endlich lauwarm auf den Tisch, das Fleisch ( Filet) war zäh und totgebraten . The ambiance draws one into the scenes of the reformation period and is totally charming. Cold speciality mugs of beer fit into drilled holes on the heavy wood tables and menus are rolled scrolls in either German or Available in English. Candlelight and straw in...the floors provide additional atmosphere . We ordered various dishes which included disappointing dumplings that were gummy and red cabbage which was thickened with a cornstarch like gel . Our visit that started so well deteriorated as we tried to expedite service. We were ignored , empty dishes were not cleared, we asked for dessert which was ignored and after two hours were told we had to wait minutes for it to be prepared. Unacc...

...then I have a secret tip for you .... you are welcomed from the staff in middle aged costumes and language ... the rooms are not very large ... but very well equipped .... great internet ... .different pay tv programs for free .... something...to drink for free .. the location is central .. and the night very quiet .... great service ..... great breakfast .... great dinner .. We booked a historical Lutterschmaus. It fit's everything ... every little thing was right ... it started with the clay jugs ... and ended with the delicious food .... straw on the floor ... many candles ... everyone felt back in the time of Martin Lutter in the century. Even the toilets are an eyecatcher ..... thank...

We visited this restaurant because it was recommended here on Trip Advisor. We weren't disappointed! We hadn't booked, and it seems this would be advisable in the main season. The menus are presented in...the form of scrolls, and being older, we found them difficult to read in the candlelight (there are no electric lights in the restaurant), but having ordered we could relax, sit back and enjoy the meal.
