"About twenty years ago, we were the first time in Malathounis. Then again and again at irregular intervals. Malathounis won a Michelin star for the first time in 2014. A small feeling, for the first time in the Michelin history, the star was awarded a Greek restaurant. It is not only the culinary art of the patron, but also the cordiality with which his wife Ana dispenses with the restaurant. A small cozy restaurant in the residential area of Kernen, where Ms. Malathounis welcomes, advises, serves and always is a small (or even larger) set. You must like this woman. We have eaten the 4-course menu (65 Euro: Marinated Wildlachs Sardines Rilette Rhabarber parsley Tapioka Yoghurt locust cancer asparagus Buffalo mozarella quakravioli with basil in a (seed? Sock lamb with natural Jus Lamm Moussaka saffron shalots Couscousrö I liked the cancer. It was a very simple dish in combination with the asparagus and the mozarella. There are also differences in quality in hallucination. At least I didn't eat it with my favorite Greeks (Argo, Esslingen sooo). Helloumi is probably comparable to Mozarella. The fact that it was particularly good could be due, inter alia, to the milk composition. Oh and what I just want to mention: The Apperitif Passion fruit filled with Ouzo and the whole with Prosecco. It is the absolute sound and it is so spicy."
