Having made a reservation through the Open Table app, we arrived at the restaurant to find it closed!

I didn’t actually dine at the restaurant. The restaurant ended up being closed on the night I made the reservation.

The restaurant was closed. No indication on opentable that it was closed. Tried to call, no answer. Party of 8 had to find another local restaurant. View menu

Overall nice place, had a reservation but needed to wait 20min to get seated. At the time when got to ordering broth was finished so could order any Pho.

That was an amazing meal. The short ribs were incredible. You guys are definitely on target for being one of the best places in London for Vietnamese Cuisene.

Booked Mam for New Years Eve only to get there and it be shut. Spent the night searching for a last minute place to eat. Extremely rude and disappointed and have not even reached out to apologise. View menu

Booked a table for 4 on the 28th December through Open table. Arrived but the restaurant was shut. Never experienced anything like this before. Incredibly unprofessional. Total disgrace. Wont ever be going back. Avoid at all costs!

Service let’s the restaurant down from the abrupt greeting on arrival to the ambivalent attitude of the waiter delivering the food to the lack of knowledge of the menu and the wine list. Food was good on arrival and the environment pleasant enough.
