"This international restaurant chain has a nice self service area in the Hamburg airport with food before you take your flight. The Italian restaurant has both pasta and pizza. The menu looks delicious and the food is freshly made. Pizzas are made on demand, just like a pizzeria in Italy. Unfortunately the look and taste is very different from the Italian pizza: the margherita had to tomato sauce, just few tomatoes and cheese, but no mozzarella cheese used normally. Also you can 't order usual soft drinks, like Coca-Cola or Fanta, as they serve 'natural ' drinks or water. Luckily hidden behind the chair I found a plug and charged: remember it 's a German plug, there are no USB plugs."

Worst pizza I had in my life. Will never buy anything from here ever again. The salesman offered a free pasta instead and a drink. This made up for the horrible pizza.

prices are actually quite reasonable for a restaurant within the airport. also quality is acceptable. they can also eat their pfood while watching the traffic on the apron.

in the morning stopped for my flight, had a decent sandwich and a good chocolate croissant with freshly pressed orange juice. a good place to get a quick bite in the airport.

The woman behind the counter was in a hurry, clearly irritated, and turned her eyes up while we were ordering. She only spoke to us in German and we made the order in English. Very unpleasant. View menu

I hate airports and eat airport so that this unexpected oasis made for a perfect curse. fresh juice was great, eating was a little salty over all. Nevertheless, eating was delicious enough that if this were outside the airport, I would recommend it as a nice casual lunch place.

we were able to spend the rest of our euro here with a relaxing meal and a few weine. nice friendly and service and delicious baked. I would of course not come here, but for airport food it was a decent meal and not completely priced. if I were back in hamburg airport, I would certainly stop here. View menu

One of the most disappointing Pizzas I’ve eaten. I mean, German airports usually have bad food but I thought I’d be safe with a pizza. Not sure if they ran out of sauce or what but serving some bitter slices of tomatoes on a soggy pizza is def not what I had in mind when I ordered the Pizza Italy. 2 stars because my colleague enjoyed his shrimp pasta.

I fly quite often to Hamburg and think by now I can judge the service. Most of the staff is unfriendly and seems unmotivated. Don't think it would hurt to smile. For that reason I usually just get my free hot drink here (you will get it with a Heinemann card) and then eat somewhere else. From the past I can say that the food is ok. Prices are ok as well (typical airport prices). Sadly they don't offer the fresh mint tea anymore.
