"I heard about this place from my AirBnb host, so set off at lunch time and bought some fish and a lovely piece of Galician beef from the market opposite Mariscomania. Excellent fish market, by the way. One of the best I’ve seen. When I arrived and handed over my bag of goodies for them to cook, they told me it’s meat and shellfish only. I’d bought some squid and tuna, but they couldn’t do that so they just had the piece of beef, prawns and scallops from me. I sat down and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. Everything was great but I did ask for my steak to be cooked medium rare, however it was cooked well done to the point I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t say anything because what can you do, it’s not like they can do another one when they’re not supplying the food. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate going back, although I’d just stick to fish. It’s 5 Euro per person for them to cook what you’ve got, and I had a coffee for 1.30 and a glass of red for 3 Euro, so good value."
