"This restaurant was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The fish and chips with mushy peas were absolute perfection. The staff were amazing and I didn't have to wait long at all, unlike some other places where you wait forever for no good reason. I would have preferred cold, fresh tartare sauce instead of a warm packet, but maybe they don't have a high demand for it. I am truly at a loss for words about how good this place was."

We both had the Battered sausage and chips and they were delicious. Highly recommend this place, just a shame its 1.5hrs away from our home or we would be weekly visitors

Fabulous, well cooked, crispy batter and very nice staff. We sat outside but there is indoor seating. Only drawback is there are no toilets just the public ones across the market square and up a hill! View menu

The service at this restaurant is excellent and friendly, with prompt service. The fish is cooked to order and the portions are a good size. The batter and fish are both excellent. I will definitely be returning.

The place couldn’t be more helpful. I ordered on website arrived early not a problem . All staff that served and cooked all excellent considering 1 lady was new she was so welcoming. Food excellent good sized portions and a good range as I am gluten free. Well worth a try if you are gluten free or following this diet. Will be returning.
