Our German food in the beautiful square was amazing. Service was great by Ako .Bratwurst and schnitzel was wonderful . Would highly suggest this restaurant for a lovely lunch.

The service was quick and efficient, the food was decent, and the beer was cold. We both had a schnitzel, came with an appetizer salad (fresh and tasty), and fries ate alfresco. View menu

Fast service and excellent food. Had the scrambled eggs with ham and mushrooms with came with baguette and milk cafe, all for 6,90€. Since it's at the Market square, you can people watch and also see the castle. This place did not disappoint.

We didn't have great service here but our plates were hot, timely, and tasted good. The beer is warm everywhere we went (including here) but was fresh and tasted good. They have a menu in English with photos that were true-to-actual. We were here on...a moderately busy Monday lunchtime.

we spent almost 2 weeks in Germany and that was the worst place we had eaten during our trip. the hamburger’s my family for lunch reminded me of a bad cafeteria burger from school. closer to a soyaburger in the opposite to bark meat. Only...bad the only reason I would judge it badly, instead of terrible, it was in a decent to eat. View menu

Great patio and the service was almost attentive. I had the grilled chicken salad with creamy dill dressing and the Dr had brats with kruat. It was a nice change from the heavy German food we had in Munich. Beers and food on the platz in the sun. It was a perfect day and we had walked from the train station. The server spoke English and was kind enough to let us practice German with her.

the first time here and never again. as we were greeted, was not kind at all. we wanted to ask if they might have other cakes, except for those on the menu (sometimes this may be the case) the waitress annoyed. as I follow. an additional fork asked, the waitress did not take care of it and brought it back to the caffe. the coffee is medium and the cake is probably from a super market (lidls cake is better) we should have gone a few centimeters to one of the caffes next to this. would not recommend.

what is better than finding a worm in the last spoon of her suppe? the waitress doesn't want to help. bad attitude and ask why we sat outside and she said we deserved the mistake of sitting outside. but it was a worm and it had no wings. it was apparently from the great pot of suppe. no manager or owners came to us for apologies and they asked me to talk to the manager. we ordered two goulash, 1 suppe got a worm and they freed us only 1 suppe, but 2 suppen were in the same big pot! first day in Germany and heidelberg for my friend and so a good welcome for us. they used us as tourist and will not complain to the hygiene office! eating was ****, service was ****, only the outside seats was be...
