"I just love going back to this restaurant again and again, actually my husband and my kids do more than me. What's there to not like grilled meat, yummy dipping sauce, the only place to have Japanese beer on tap...and not so Japanese but...their spring rolls are awesome, the filling is like that of gyoza and always freshly deep fried to perfect crispy skin. We always get the entrecôte/fillet combo and a side of pork marinated in miso and my little kids devour the meat, we are all happy with our meal and it's a fun experience to cook the meat by ourselves. It takes a getting used to, I see that the waitresses put the grill on too high and you have to ask to lower it after it reaches the high temp as not to burn all your meat. And plus I see too many westerners just dump all the meat at once, the meat is meant to be cooked in small portions as you eat, otherwise you just have burnt meat when you get to the end or you take too long to eat the rest after you take it out, not so good to eat it once it cools. This is as authentic as you can get to yakiniku in Paris, if you are not familiar w it and expect a traditional Japanese or Korean BBQ style of meal, you will set yourself up for a disappointment. One last thing, the ventilation is poor, do wear something you don't care about as you will stink all over of grilled meat whole day !"

A good yakiniku as we find in the japon. meat is of good quality and excellent sauce. one more with the asahi in pressure that perfectly accompanies the Japanese grilled.

I've never been to the japon, but I thought I had a meal. I forgot I was in a bet! a yakiniku that I am not ready to forget, delicious and unpleasant. Meat is exquisite. The service is amazing and the staff more than charming. Thanks again!

We went to 4 and then we had a great time. roasting our pieces of meat is a big part of the meal. The food is of good quality and the service is very warm.Even if it is not necessary I advise you to reserve to be on having a place. to discover

one of the few Japanese barbecue bettings -yakiniku. count to the small word 50€ per person. Of course, it's not given! But what's good. meat quality is the best marinade, seasonings are authentic. I love to soak my meat in gray sauce with rays and grated leeks! pure happiness

a part of betting is transformed into a corner of the capital of Japan: scenery, tables with four around the chef, waitresses ... and especially the public who attends the place composed essentially of a Japanese majority. grilled meat cooked on site is of good quality, served by a hot sauce. Although the drinks are slightly expensive, the rest is correct. short, a good experience.

if they are familiar with japan, and eat genuine Japanese, this is a nice place to go in paris. if they want a shabu shabu, it is better to make a previous reservation. the place is small and not very comfortable, like many restaurants. in tokio. Although it is a bit expensive, it is a real experience. When I went there with my family, it was full and only with real Japanese people. a place I love.

matchan serves very typical Japanese bark bbq with each table with its own mini grill. it is a small restaurant with formula menu moderate prices or special selection from the menu with a selection of nice will and beer. the restaurant is small and. cozy and at noon not very busy, but we were in the neighbourhood so tried it and were pleasantly surprised. matchan, the owner, has been there for 15 years and is a very nice man with respect before some other well-known chefs like Nobu....organize this restaurant and keep it to the small authentic places in paris. there are so few.

After I had not found a Japanese/Korean restaurant with free table on a Friday night (not stupid booked,) my partner ended and I here and at the end of the evening we were so glad. the menu had different meats/gifts/sides that they had on the mini grill of their table. everything was delicious and the meat was tender. only slightly negatiw was the pricing. the dinner itself was not too expensive, but the sweets and drinks were quite expensive. a mochi was just bigger than a golf ball was €6, which is crazy, imo. our bill was over 100 € for two that did not ott for paris, but the service was so good and welcoming, we have nothing against it. an excellent, tasty and entertaining way to spend a...

Set a 15min walk south from the Eiffel Tower in a residential neighborhood in the 15th, this authentic Japanese restaurant is a delicious surprise! The restaurant is small and can fit about 40 people providing an intimate and pleasant atmosphere. In the middle of each...table there is a bbq where the customers cook their food at their own pace. The food is primarily meat based (large variety to choose from! , with many side dishes available, likes soups and various greens. Great Japanese beer on tap! There are some vegetarian options to choose from instead of meat like tofu. There are a few menu deals that range from 13euros to 16euros and include a meat dish, rice bowl, salad, and drink. Th...
