"Food was very cold went back to speak to one of the staff member give me a new one I checked it in front of here and even that was cold the staff were not very nice there alway speak down on you food hygiene is not very good staff smoking out side with there family members or even school kids by the play area which is not right the manger will not do anything about it very bad place should never be open should close the place down I spoken to food safety standards they are going to look in to problems at MC Donald's."

I went to the drive through in Crosshands requested a Big Mac with only onions. As well as two other meals . Checked with the screen, order was correct, got home the Big Mac Had cheese!!!! Very angry too far to return, phoned the to complain got an answer machine, sorry the person your calling is on another call , tried for an hour to speak to someone , no response.
