McDonald's - Menu

Not the best visit to a McDonald's to be fair but it does what it says.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. It was early in the day though.

Came here for the first time today with my daughter and her friend, worst McDonald's I've ever had, absolutely disgusting. Chips were cold, chicken pieces tasted like they were two days old and just warmed up in a microwave, revolting. Won't ever go there again.

They need to put something in place for who they have for delivery drivers and staff. They get the orders wrong , delivery drivers cannot follow simple instructions or even read an address! Food just threw together , no care at all. This is regular from the branch especially. Sort your staff and delivery drivers out!!

My lunch was interrupted by a group of small, year 7 Roadmen. They demanded, and I quote “Yo fam, move yeah? Man wants a wrap of the day yeah” And so I moved to accommodate for their demands, they got their wrap and left on their bikes not before insulting the crackhead sat opposite the front door. The App failed so the staff just cancelled my order, then wouldn't prepare it for me. I had to go home and ask the family what they wanted again, and put it through the app again, and drive back there again, and then when I got back to the restaurant they had no record of the order AGAIN, so I had to read it to them. Took about half and hour just to do a drive through!

Stourbridge drive through girl was rude no people skills at all ,I had to wait ages to give my order and when she did ask for the order her response was what u want , while she was taking my order she was talking to someone in the background hence I had to repeat myself several times as she was clearly not listening to top it off the food was cold hence I won't be returning.

Revolting inside, but the worst McDonald 's for miles in terms of food. Very rarely resort to McDonald 's, but the food from this branch is barely edible. We had a craving for some fries. Stone cold, pasty, greasy and both undercooked and overcooked at the same time. After a few at best the urge passes. The experience of going in to buy them is gross. A few automatic machines, a few sticky tables and a rare glimpse of a human pushing poorly cooked food at you. McDonald 's might be emergency food if you have taste buds, but this branch is stomach churning. View menu
