"I placed an order for five of us and we waited for it to be bought up. I nipped to the toilet whilst waiting and there was no lock on the door, it wasn’t clean and as I walked out a man was walking in ladies toilets). My daughter had ordered 6 nuggets yet there were only 4 in the box, it clearly said 6 on the box and I was charged for 6). All of our fries were cold stone cold) and to top it off my partners kid had a long dark human hair in his burger. I wasn’t happy. I spoke to a member of staff and he went away, he didn’t seem to understand our problems with his broken English and my broken french, luckily he sent another member of staff our way. The only reason I haven’t given the place a one star was that Vincent the member of staff who came and resolved the problem, was really helpful. He was friendly, full of apologies, and a genuinely decent hard working person, he changed the burger, bought my daughter her 6 nuggets and some hot fries unfortunately just one portion). Thank goodness there is one saving grace for this sorry excuse for a restaurant."
