"I tend to turn my nose up at Mc Donald's in general, but the Mc Cafe on Mariahilferstrasse in Vienna is a different thing altogether. The coffee is served as in a traditional Viennese coffee house: in china cups with little pitchers of frothy steamed...milk, a glass of water, and a tiny chocolate on the side. We come here all the time during our visits. It's charming and affordable."

Eine außergewöhnliche Filiale. Nach dem Umbau (2022 Existieren wirklich viele (neue Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Plätze sind gut ausgeleuchtet und die Wc Anlagen sind nicht nur ausreichend und sauber sondern auch mit Jungle Feeling und Tiersound untermalt :

We ate here and I was nervous about using the kiosk menu's because I couldn't tell if my gluten free bun was Automat included or if I had to ask for it. I went to the counter. The staff was curt yet helpful. They got...it all situated for me. They spoke enough English to help me thank goodness!
