This is the worst McDonald’s ever they can never get your order correct every time I’ve been the food is wrong they need to sort it out and get staff who check the order it’s a **** take man

Absolutely terrible, sent wrong items drinks all wrong. McMuffin not even put together properly, would think they could atleast put an order together properly. Ordered through the app an unable to contact anyone for a refund. View menu

USELESS ROBBING PLACE . Had no fry’s so didn’t decide to tell us just replaced them with an apple pie!!!! Disgusting sly and deceitful way to run a business. If I wanted a pie I would have ordered a pie!!!!!!!!!!!! Also impossible to complain to head office online

i call this mc donalds the SLOWEST ever to existed. some rimes it takes me half an hour to go in and get food. the food is lovley to eat for a treat though. happy meals have a good amount for little ones and the medium and large are better for people with bigger appetietes.

Just been to Mcdonald Ashington. What a shambles sat in queue in drive through for absolutely ages then to wait in car park for food I asked is there places in car as it was full when we came past was don't know so said no I will wait was told you can't wait here and said here's your money back with a attitude will NOT be going back your loss Ashington Mcdonald View menu

This MacDonalds location was the worst I've ever experienced. I decided to give them another chance today and ordered for delivery, but my order never arrived. Even though I know they use Uber for delivery, I still purchased the food through MacDonalds. MacDonalds did not take any responsibility for the missing delivery, so I had to spend 50 minutes on the phone with Uber trying to resolve the issue.

The service at this so-called "fast food" restaurant was extremely disappointing. I waited 15 minutes for my burger and fries, only to see orders for JUST EAT and DELIVEROO customers being prioritized over the customers waiting in line. I ordered my meal using the touch screens and it took an additional 5 minutes to collect it from the counter. The burger was lacking the extra onion and pickle that I requested. Overall, it was a waste of time and money and I will not be returning.

Absolutely dreadful visit. Waited 15mins for burger and fries !? After using the ridiculous ‘self ordering’ screens which take forever, clearly a time consuming tactic, to actually work and process your order, then had to wait for ages to my meal being ‘prepared’ on the screen. This is due to the fact that so much time is now spent by staff putting together orders for the JUST EAT and/or DELIVEROO chaps waiting for their purchases. Disgusting that customers that are in the store are having to wait so long in order to appease the pathetic customers that can’t even be bothered to leave the house to consume fast fast. won’t bother going back that’s for sure.
