Have been visiting Merchant Spice for year's and it doesn't disappoint. Staff are very friendly and helpful and even got a song! On this particular visit the restaurant was quiet but we still had a nice time celebrating my birthday. View menu

at the time we only booked the table to find out that the restaurant was not open and they had no booking for us, was told to leave and come back in an hour! the slowest service we have ever experienced was so much more organized. never again!

Great service. we really liked the table, card system, that allowed us to turn when ready to order and when we had finished eating. This meant we were not pressured or pestered at any time. Very attentive staff when we needed. More restaurants should adopt a similar system. Really good food possibly the best special biriani I have ever had. We will be back.
