Minh`s Bistro - Menu

Simple but good food, lots of choice and good price. Shrimp and meat were cooked properly and were not tough like with some take-out places.

Absolutely delicious pho soup, the best we've had in the local area. Great location near shopping and parking. Friendly and fast wait staff.

The restaurant is located close to the Central Station. It is quite big, the menu as well. We had the spring rolls and some noodles. Both were fresh, although the noodles a little bit greasy. Service could be more attentive, but they were friendly. Would go there again, but would also try new places around.

Had lunch there today and it was wonderful! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The spring rolls were the best I ever had. Not a bit greasy. The shrimp were huge and perfectly cooked in the Saigon egg noodle soup. The wait staff was tremendous. The place is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. The owner is a very generous man. Definitely one of my new go to places.

Si eres un enamorado como yo de la comida del sudeste asiático (occidentalizada), lo mejor que puedes hacer en Trier es ir al Minh´s Bistro. Aunque la localización y el propio restaurante no son de los que enamoran a primera vista, todo queda de lado tras probar la deliciosa comida que preparan en la cocina. Nada realmente fuera de lo común pero todo sabroso y a muy buen precio. Toda pareja ha de tener un restaurante asiático en su relación, esta es mi opción favorita. View menu

Ich war sonntagsmittags dort, hatte ein Tagesessen Nr. 3.- Suppe (sehr scharf), gebratene Ente - und als zusätzlich bestelltes Dessert gebackene Banane mit Honig. Die Ententeile waren so verbrannt, dass nur 1/ 3 genießbar war, die gebackene Banane war mit einer schlabbrigen undefinierbaren Panade umhüllt, Honig war kaum zu sehen, wurde mir auch erst lange nach der Reklamtion in einem kleinen Töpfchen nachgeliefert. Die Bedienung hat auf meine Beschwerde überhaupt nicht reagiert.

A little pricy for a typical Asian restaurant non authentique. Pho deserves a try. The waitress seemed quite bored when being asked a service and ignored me the whole time, but only answered to my boyfriend. La serveuse asiatique a l'air soûlée quand on lui demandait qqch. Elle m'a ignoré tout le temps quand je commandais, par contre elle répondait seulement à mon copain. Wir waren diese Woche in Trier und Dank Google haben wir auch ziemlich schnell einen "Sehr guten Asiaten" laut google Bewertungen gefunden. Diese Bewertungen genau wie hier kann ich nicht teilen. Wir waren gegen Mittag in dem Asia bistro unsere ersten Gedanken waren sehr positiv da das Bistro gut besucht war und es lecker roch....Die Bedienung obwohl sie gut Deutsch sprechen konnte war doch sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten Ente Thai Curry. Die Soße war befriedigend .. echt nichts besonderes ... ich habe schon viel bessere aber auch schon viel schlechter gegessen also noch Luft nach oben ...
