Montegusto - Menu

Il posto è davvero carino. Abbiamo mangiato nella zona aperitivo, senza prenotazione, una Frittura di pesce e verdure fatta male, non croccante. Si va per ammirare il tramonto e il panorama.

We stumbled across this place for a late lunch/afternoon snack after visiting the Castel del Monte. What luck! beautiful setting, helpful service, and a delicious and generous shared antipasto plate. would definitely return if we were to be in the area again.

we called in a room and asked to book the restaurant and asked information about the castle. when we arrived, the restaurant was fully booked and they did not book for us and they did not tell us that they had to buy tickets. in advance for the castle, i.e. we could only visit from outside. so they do not recommend to go to this structure. During our visit to the castle we pulled into this restaurant for lunch. We highly recommend the restaurant. The food and the service were wonderful. The dining room very light and attractive. It was clear that all the other diners were thoroughly enjoying their meals...too. If you visit the area, drop in for lunch . I am sure you will find it a pleasure.

On y va pour le cadre avant toute chose. Service impeccable mais les viandes sont à revoir. Les côtes de bœuf avaient bien trop de gras et aucune demande de faite pour connaître la cuisson à laquelle nous souhaitions la déguster. Plancha de fromage et coppa excellente et vin également. Au final, nous retenons un service , un cadre et une amabilité au rdv. Par contre , le rapport qualité /prix n’y est pas.

After visiting Castel del Monte we visited this isolated oasis. We shared an antipasta tasting plate, local cheeses including a wonderful combination of ricotta and caramelised red onion, cold meats and seasonal vegetables. Followed this with amazing ravioli and tender beef fillet. Home made focaccia...was awesome. All this was possible because of our local tour guide helping us through the menu and selecting the local wine. View menu

bella posizione con vista sul vicino castel della montagna, immerso nel verde (sinvolto la pioggia / neve) servizio con i giovani molto attento e cordiale e l'unico difetto l'antipatia del mais (il più antico) che dal momento che l'arrivo non ci mette a nostro agio e si chiude con la ciliegia per prendere un piatto che stavamo ancora terminando i puntatori senza chiedere (ha fretta!? la camera molto bella con un piccolo camino. i piatti tutti molto gotici e i prezzi corretti. Torneremo.

My husband and I made a visit to the castle then to Montegusto for lunch. We were the 2nd. party to dine, then a large graduation party arrived. We had a great meat cheeses as appetizers, and our waitress brought us warm olives.. focaccia bread. Very good! I had a nice glass of red wine, as well as a pasta first course and a veal second course. My husband had a ravioli with a light yellow tomato sauce. The setting was lovely, service excellent, and though we do not speak Italian, she understood the menu to explain what the dishes were. I did not want mushrooms, my meal was perfect! premessa: la mia recensione riguarda solo il resort (ristorante non provato.) bella struttura a 5 minuti da castel della montagna, che da lì è visto illuminato la sera: Bella! camere in bungalow singoli con piccolo spazio privato con tavolo e sedie (privacy garantito da alte siepi che separano un edificio dall'altro.) camera spaziosa con arredi moderni ed essenziali, con stile lineare. eccellente pulizia e letto confortevole. ac e minibar. ampio e razionale bagno, con bella doccia, asciugacapelli, vari servizi bagno, pantofole. ampio parcheggio.
