Morrisons - Menu

Waited a long time for our meal, when it came it was barely warm and swimming in hot gravy. I complained and we were offered an alternative meal, we declined and had a refund .

I do not recommend this restaurant. My bill was incorrect and when I brought it up to the staff, they were rude. I felt embarrassed as they seemed to find it too much effort to correct the mistake.

Fish, chips and mushy peas are really good value here. Don't get me wrong, this is not cordon blea but not bad at all. We take the opportunity for lunch from time to time and its an easy recommend. View menu

I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. It is dirty with uncleared plates and trays left around. The staff tried to assist, but the online ordering system does not accurately reflect available items. I will not be returning.

I felt sorry for the woman on the till as she was simultaneously having to deal with customer orders and take food out to the tables. She was very friendly though and dealt with an issue with our order well. Quality of the food is fine for the price, although I was disappointed that the new vegan burger wasn't available.

Absolutely awful. Half the menu items were not available, including eggs of any kind and food and drink fridges empty. Food arrived luke warm and missing items (which took a further 30 mins to arrive). The girls working front of house didnt stop the entire time we were there and couldnt have been nicer. Done shopping now looking forward to breakfast, ordered 2 small and 1 big when it came it looked small baked beans in a dish a bit disappointed in mine fried bread better not crust. The two small breakfasts 1/2 piece of toast last week it was. 4 slices, when I remarked about this I was told there had a new menu Monday. Last year a gave 5 stars now only would give 3

Dirty tables, computerised ordering machine out of order, no trays, poor choice of bottled drinks, over half food items unavailable (this is a supermarket for goodness sake) Clean cutlery left in dishwasher basket. Food was cold and watery with grey mashed potatoes. Burger bun crumbled on touch, some items not brought with the food for 30 minutes and three reminders. Never again.

Popped into cafe orders super eggs only thing super was the spinach, description said creamy scrambled eggs,granary toast, more like over cooked and old, toast was brown bread probably the cheapest loaf they sell, cherry tomatoes cold not even cooked. And to top all this I had to suffer the shouting and screaming of the staff in the kitchen, surely if an order is ready a bell would be more appropriate rather than staff shouting at the top of their lungs.
