"Me and my sister-in- law have been here a few time, and we will always ve coming back, we absolutley love it here the food is to die for and the family that own it are truley amazing people which we have become close with when ever we come here, they always welcome us and everyone who arrives with warm and open arms. The atmosphere I can not fault they seriously work so hard and go out there way to make sure that every customer is satified to there needs. "My evening at the Royal Oak Was pleasant but Service was very slow. Waiting quite a while to be served and when served orders were not out through properly which meant we was waiting for food which we thought had been ordered but it hadn’t. With no app to order off, it was quite hard to get the attention of the staff when the music was quite loud and we was tucked away in the corner so not in eye vision. On the other hand All the staff was lovely and the booking process was easy. Very accommodating."

"Good food served quickly in an unfussy restaurant. Ample parking in the outlet center car parks. We use the one to the west, the centre remains open to walk through til late so no issues returning to the car. Food is always good, I'm a particular fan of the yaki udon, but have tried many dishes and loved them all. Deserts have been their weak spot for me, some of their oriental twists in well known deserts haven't always improved them, but the smoked chocolate caramel cake is a winner, and the bananana katsu is great if you've got a sweet tooth."

"I am a strict critic when it comes to Fish and Chips, but after searching all over Britain, Trident has proved to be the best. The fish and chips are always fresh, cooked to order, and made with love. The service is friendly and I always have a great experience. My only suggestion would be to get a location with tables and an alcohol license so I can enjoy a bottle of red wine with my meal. Overall, Trident is excellent and I will definitely be back when I am in Swindon."

"We decided to have a treat and order from Eddies. We ordered a chilli cheeseburger, the full English, Cajun chicken burrito, cheese dog and chips. When the food arrived the burrito was missing, the chilli cheeseburger had no cheese and the full English had no beans or toast as advertised. I contacted the restaurant to try and get this issue resolved and they said that they had sent it out and basically told me the driver had stolen it telling me to contact Uber eats. I said if it’s stolen I would be better calling the Police. The male on the end of the phone then started to get abusive and said to another male you deal with this f’ing guy. Another male came on the phone being abusive and told me to phone the f’ing police before hanging up. Has to be one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever experienced and it was not my fault. The bag arrived double tied so it would not have been the delivery driver. Basically I have had been screwed over by the restaurant and when I challenged this they become abusive because they had been found out. If you want quality service don’t use this place."
