"After eating in Zest on many occasions and having fantastic food I was disappointed with the meal and service we received on this occasion. First of all we waited 40 minutes to get a drink then it was a 45 minute wait until are starters came out . We then had to wait for our main meal to arrive which after all that time the wrong meal came out for me. This was rectified quickly but my meal was only warm . They only had a few staff working and the place was full so it was going to never work but the thing that really got me was when we paid the bill the waitress just bra zoomed that the change we were waiting for was a tip and just put it into a pot next to the till how rude is that .Yes they would have had a tip but you expect to have your change back first Because of this I will not be rushing back"

Recommended this restaurant as visitors to this area of Bristol and we weren’t disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place if you like Mediterranean food.

eating was very good, although the wait was quiet long because it was busy(owners told me more workers start this week) I think it was the best pizza and slider I had ever had! keksteig was also amazing! better than pizza hut!

very beautiful desserts, would recommend. In portions are large and the chocolate sauce is given in a generous amount, and they can ask the staff for more if necessary and I asked for more ice that personalized me. a bestsert place in bristol

Was Really impressed with the quality of the food. 2 of us had the meat mezze and 1 the vegetarian and I had the Moussaka, all were really delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great and the staff were really lovely. Will definitely be returning.

amazing eating! I had a waffle and my friend had a keksteig both were amazing best desserts we had ever in bristol. the staff was very friendly and the manager really went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent service. 10/10 would definitely recommend, especially if they were looking for decent dessert!

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is top-notch. My friend and I are regulars here, always enjoying the delicious food and the exceptional service from the staff who always go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The cocktails, especially the strawberry daiquiris, are fantastic and highly recommended.

Arrived at 8pm for a nice dinner, ordered within 10 minutes, drinks arrived swiftly, then we waited, and we waited…eventually we asked a waiter and he said he had forgotten to put our order through, he apologised and gave us a shot! Our starter arrived and was very nice, main course arrive immediately after, my stifado was undercooked, the spices were harsh! My husbands kleftika was nice. I wont be going back, this is my second visit and both times disappointed.
