"The chicken was extremely dry and the service was average. My partner's allergy-free dish was brought out 5 minutes after mine. I had trouble using my Nandos points due to a weak connection, and the manager was not very helpful in resolving the issue. Ultimately, I was unable to use my points. If you are seeking a simple meal, you will not be disappointed."

Good food as usual, but took very long to receive our order. Wish the service would've been faster. :

A good quality Nandos restaurant. Friends that are Nandos fans prefer this restaurant to some of the other Kent restaurants.

I am concerned about the food I was served at your restaurant. I have been experiencing diarrhea since 1am and am feeling very unwell.

The food and service in this branch of Nando's was excellent. Olivia was very efficient. Good social distancing and hygiene in this restaurant. View menu

The Nando’s food you expect, but the service is always exceptional here. The staff are all friendly, and they expertly manage and accommodate allergies

Excellent. There’s really nothing more to say. Took my daughter out to Canterbury to get her nails done then stopped in Nando’s for a bite to eat for lunch. Great service. Great food

Food was ok, usual hit and miss, chicken tasty garlic bread stale and cold, but the service was awful, waiter really didn’t want to be there, everything was an effort, if you don’t like your job don’t do it! View menu

This Nando's experience was enjoyable and typical. The food was served very promptly and was mostly delicious. The only reason for deducting a star was that the mashed potatoes seemed to have been reheated and were not up to standard, as they had a skin on them.

A post work venture, this was waited with eager anticipation. Oh boy good things we’re coming and they were delivered. Superb efficiency from the staff with good customer service but wouldn’t mind having 1 bite of my food without being asked if it’s alright! Can’t complain though, it always does wel!

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
