Food was incredible, big portions, bathroom very clean. Waiters didn't speak English and weren't very nice to us. Manners!!! We couldn't even pay by card!

This place is absolutey top, top, top. Ok, the ambiance might not be state of the art, but the food? The food, OMG. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You need to eat at this place.

Had an absolutely brilliant meal here with a group of friends. We asked the lovely lady to bring us her favourite dishes, and each and every one of them was excellent. Great value for money too. We’ll be back.

Authentic hearty Chinese food in the middle of Hamburg. We ordered the Fried Leek with Dried Beancurd to pair with the Shrimp Egg Fried Rice. Superb flavouring, with good crunchy vegetables. Had two Warsteiners to go alongside. Very favourable prices too. Would recommend enthusiastically.

Loads of exotic sounding dishes on the menu with tempting pictures. Took us slightly out of our safe zone but we had nothing to worry about. Everything was perfection. S&S ribs, braised pork belly, crispy chicken in sauce and a few bits and pieces were plenty for four. Best Chinese meal I 've ever had. Not kidding.

I popped in for dinner and the place was full mostly with Asian Germans. The staff spoke minimal English but they gave me the multi lingual picture menu. I settled on dumplings and Hot Sour Chicken. Both very tasty. A water and Coca Cola all under 20E. Place was bright, clean and crowded with locals). All good signs. Two minutes from the Rathaus. No Credit Cards is clearly indicated on the front door.

Most of the Chinese restaurants in Germany have very bad taste. Because of the high labor cost, they could not hire many people in kitchen. However, without enough people, they have to prepare every thing in previous, sometimes even the sauce, which brings the dishes all the same taste. Hamburg is a big city with many Chinese who are living and working there. So the demand is higher than other cities. To serve the Chinese people, some restaurants have to cook real good taste dishes. China Feng belongs to one of them.

I can not recommend this restaurant. The food is average and the ambience is very poor. But the worst is the service. We came to this restaurant for a family reunion. Right after dinner, while we were still sitting at table and chatting, the waitress rushed in with a trolley and cleared the table with lots of noise and gave us the clear sign to leave immediately. On a Friday at 19:30. The restaurant was half empty, no table reserved. We friendly ask the waitress to wait a bit because we feel uncomfortable with her actions, but we git in return ‘Yiu finished and you already paid. I do this now.’ Well, given this inhospitable and rude treatment we left and will certainly not return.

After a few days of Italian food and seafood restaurant, we were searching for some kind of Asian food. After a few checks at google map, we realized that China Feng was within walking distance of where we were, so we took a look. While the restaurant was nothing fancy, it was a nice family style restaurant and most importantly, most patrons are Chinese, which was always a good sign. The menu was very authentic and there was not much Sweet and sour dishes, which was often a good sign. My personal favorite was the stir fried fish slices and Wenzhou style noodles.
